I'm Luca, the owner and driving force behind the business.

My journey started in engineering, where I developed a passion for understanding how things work, solving complex problems, and finding practical solutions. That engineering mindset still shapes everything I do today — whether it's diagnosing a challenging vehicle issue, improving workshop operations, or building a business that delivers real value to customers.

I'm a true petrolhead at heart and proudly consider myself a grease monkey. Cars, engines, and mechanical systems have always been more than just a profession for me — they're a passion. I enjoy getting my hands dirty, troubleshooting problems others can't solve, and continuously learning about the latest automotive technologies.

Beyond the workshop, I'm passionate about business and operations. I believe that success comes from combining technical expertise with efficient processes, strong customer service, and a relentless focus on quality. My goal is to build a company that customers can trust and a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

Whether it's solving a complex technical challenge, improving operational efficiency, or helping a customer get back on the road, I'm driven by the same principle: do the job properly and never stop improving.

Karim brings over 14 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience to FixHive, specialising in European and Japanese vehicles.

His expertise spans engine management systems, suspension overhauls and pre-purchase inspections. If a car has an intermittent fault that other workshops can't trace, Karim is the person we call. He combines methodical diagnosis with deep mechanical knowledge built from working on hundreds of makes and models across Dubai.

Karim also authors technical content for the FixHive blog, sharing practical knowledge with car owners across the UAE.

Hassan is our certified AC and diagnostics specialist with 11 years of focused experience in automotive climate systems and electronic fault diagnosis.

He works on both conventional refrigerant systems (R134a and R1234yf) and the high-voltage thermal management systems in hybrid and electric vehicles. Hassan runs FixHive's full five-step AC diagnosis process — from pressure testing and leak detection through to verified post-repair outlet temperatures — ensuring every repair is done right, not just done quickly.

He contributes AC and diagnostics articles to the FixHive blog, helping UAE drivers understand their car's cooling system before problems escalate in the Dubai heat.

Rania is the voice between our workshop and our customers — making sure every diagnosis is communicated clearly, every quote is understood, and every car leaves with the owner fully informed.

With 8 years in automotive service advisory roles, Rania manages the full customer journey: from initial booking and technical write-up through to warranty claims and follow-up. She ensures that FixHive's transparency promise is delivered every time — no jargon, no surprises, no hidden charges.

Rania writes car care and servicing guides for the FixHive blog, aimed at helping everyday drivers make confident decisions about their vehicles.
